Motivation

Motivation. That's what it's all about. The workouts, the nutrition and the lifestyle -- none of it matters if you can't find a way to get motivated to make this change for yourself.

So, how does YRG motivate you? How about by looking at Arthur, who has lost over 140 pounds doing YRG. He went from a guy who couldn't walk without canes to a guy who is teaching YRG classes three times a week! How about by looking at Terri?
